Shocking! There Are Some People Around Who Have Direct Access To Your Facebook Account, Even Without Any Password!

Are you aware of the fact that some people can log in into Facebook accounts without any password? Yes, some Facebook employees have direct access to your account. But as Facebook says, this is a part of the strictly-monitored customer support service and if any employee is caught breaching this trust, he/she will be immediately fired.

Facebook explains, this kind of access is given in tiered system and it's also limited by job functions. Designated employees can only access the user accounts to gather that much information which is necessary to carry out their job responsibilities, like looking into bugs and solving account support related queries.

A Facebook spokesperson has been quoted by VentureBeat as saying, two separate systems are there to detect suspicious patterns of behaviour and these systems generate reports once per week. The reports are then scrutinised by two independent security teams. The spokesperson added that if any kind of abuse of the rights takes place, the company encourages zero tolerance and if the behaviour is found as improper then termination is the final consequence.

Facebook's this kind of explanation came out after Anjunabeats director Paavo Siljamaki narrated about a vsiit to Facebook offices in Los Angeles. He said he was asked if it was okay with him if the employees give a look at his profile and he agreed. Then a Facebook engineer reportedly logged in to his account directly without the necessity of any password.
